SPA etiquette
Welcome to SPA Radailiai. To ensure the best rest and relaxation in our SPA center, we would like to introduce you to certain rules, the knowledge of which will help you feel as comfortable as you do at home.
- You are at a SPA center where every guest is welcomed and respected. We hope that you will show the same respect to our specialists, staff, and other guests who are at the SPA center with you.
- Unfortunately, the number of slots at the SPA center is limited; therefore, we kindly ask you to register for massages, body, and facial treatments in advance by calling: +370 699 83199
- Trust our specialists – feel free to reach out and ask for advice on which treatment to choose. State your expectations and desires so that you are satisfied with the result.
- When choosing a treatment or massage – please inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any allergies or injuries, or have recently undergone surgery. Please share all relevant information, as not every treatment is suitable for everyone.
- If you currently have a cold, a fever, or have just recovered from an illness, it is better to refrain from SPA treatments.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment so you have time to change into comfortable clothing. We will provide a robe, slippers, and disposable underwear—if you prefer, you may wear your own undergarments, but please keep in mind they may get stained by cosmetic products. Arriving early also allows you to relax and enjoy the Radailiai SPA atmosphere.
- If you are late for your treatment, please inform us by phone. If you are late, unfortunately, we will have to shorten your treatment time.
- Upon arrival, try to relax—after all, this time is dedicated solely to your rest.
- Our staff will meet you at the reception before the treatment and accompany you to the treatment room. The specialist will tell you about the treatment, its effectiveness, and its duration.
- Do not be surprised; the specialist may ask a few questions about your health and individual needs to ensure that only the most suitable treatment for you is performed.
- We recommend removing your jewelry before each treatment so that you do not have to spend time doing so in the massage room.
- We kindly ask you to wear a swimsuit and specialized footwear (rubber slippers) in the SPA center's pool and sauna area.
- Please do not bring electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) into the massage rooms or the pool and sauna area; please leave them in your locker. Take time for yourself and your relaxation.
- We do not recommend having a treatment on an empty stomach or immediately after eating, as you may feel unwell. Eat a snack at least an hour before your treatment.
- You may not use the SPA center's services if you have consumed alcohol. We apologize, but alcohol and the SPA are incompatible, so we reserve the right to refuse treatment or deny entry to the pool and sauna area if you have consumed alcohol. It is all for the sake of your health.
- Avoid shaving and hair removal procedures on the same day you visit SPA Radailiai, especially if you plan to enjoy body scrubs or visit the saunas.
- We recommend arriving for facial treatments without makeup.
- Massages and other body and facial treatments are performed on the naked body; however, areas not being treated will be covered with towels and sheets.
- If there is anything that you are not satisfied with during the treatment—the room temperature, music, or massage pressure—please let our specialist know. This will allow us to ensure that the procedure is performed flawlessly for you.
- Please do not leave your children unattended in the SPA center or the pool and sauna area. You are responsible for your children's safety.
- Although our pools are not very deep, please critically assess your swimming abilities and be careful. Let's keep ourselves and others safe.
- After the treatment, do not rush; rise slowly from the massage table and be sure to inform us if you feel unwell. Our specialist will accompany you back to the reception, offer you some tea, and leave you to peacefully enjoy the effects of your recent treatment.
- We will be looking forward to your opinions and comments on what we are doing well and where we could "stretch ourselves" more. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and advise you on a future course of treatments.
